Welcome to VoicerCRM. This short guide gets you oriented — signing in, your dashboard, and where the day-to-day things live.
Signing in
Open the web address your administrator gave you and sign in with your email and password. On the move? The iOS/iPad app signs in the same way. What you see is tailored to your role.
Your dashboard
Your home screen shows what matters for your job — an agent sees calls and the queue; a salesperson sees their pipeline; a manager sees the team. When a call comes in, the caller's card appears automatically (see Handling Calls).
